Shemshat Tuliayeva (born 4 February 1984) is a Belarusian female weightlifter, competing in the 69 kg category and representing Belarus at international competitions. She competed at world championships, most recently at the 2009 World Weightlifting Championships.[1]
She was caught and sanctioned in 2010 for using the forbidden substance clenbuterol for two years.[2]
