Shigetoshi Hasebe (長谷部 茂利 Hasebe Shigetoshi, born April 23, 1971) is a former Japanese football player and manager. He is currently manager of JEF United Chiba.[1][2]

Playing career

Shigetoshi Hasebe played for Verdy Kawasaki, Kawasaki Frontale, Vissel Kobe and JEF United Ichihara from 1994 to 2003.

Coaching career

After retiring, in 2006, Shigetoshi Hasebe became coach of Vissel Kobe youth team. In 2011, he became coach of top team. In 2016, he moved to JEF United Chiba, and became coach of the club. In July, manager; Takashi Sekizuka was sacked. Hasebe was promoted to manager from coach on July 29.[3]
