Sierra Leone Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations is a Sierra Leonean government department responsible for foreign policy and International relations of Sierra Leone. It is one of the most senior cabinet department of Sierra Leone. The Foreign Ministry is located at Gloucester Street in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

The department issues Sierra Leonean passports to its citizen and visas to foreign nationals. All of Sierra Leone embassies abroad work directly under the Sierra Leone Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations. The department is headed by the Sierra Leone Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations, who is nominated by the president of Sierra Leone and must be confirmed by the Sierra Leone Parliament.
