Silvia Matuszewska Saiote (born 1 June 1988) is a Portuguese individual trampolinist, representing her nation at international competitions. She is part of the national team since 2005. She competed at world championships, including at the 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015 Trampoline World Championships.[1][2] She won the bronze medal in the double-mini event at the 2013 World Games.[3]

She took up gymnastics at age seven in Espinho, Portugal. In 2014 she won a Stromp Award for Female Athlete of the Year at Sporting Clube de Portugal.

Personal

She lives in Espinho, Portugal. After graduating with an economics degree from the University of Porto, she completed a master's degree in management at the Superior Institute of Management in Lisbon, Portugal.
