Sinicaepermenia taiwanella is a moth in the Epermeniidae family. It was described by Heppner in 1990.[1] It is found in Taiwan.

The length of the forewings is 4.9 mm for males and 4.4 mm for females. The forewings are chocolate brown, with fuscous over the basal half of the wing and a tan patch basally to the anal margin. There is a black dot at the center at one-third from the base and the apex has a black spot surrounded by cream-white. The hindwings are fuscous.[2]
