Sir Henry Clithering

Sir Henry Clithering is a fictional character who appears in several of Agatha Christie's novels featuring Jane Marple. He is a retired Scotland Yard commissioner and his godson Dermot Eric Craddock is the top man in Scotland Yard. Whenever local police warn Marple not to interfere in an investigation, Sir Henry supports Marple.
