Spencer Frye is a state representative from Athens, Georgia. He is a member of the Democratic Party.
Personal life and education
Frye attended the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.[1]
Political career
Frye has served in the Georgia House of Representatives since 2013. He gained office after defeating Democratic incumbent Keith Heard in the 2012 primary, and defeating Republican Carter Kessler in the 2012 General Election.[2] He serves on the Health & Human Services, Budget and Fiscal Affairs Oversight, Human Relations & Aging, and the Science and Technology committees.[3]
Frye also serves as the director of Habitat for Humanity in Athens, Georgia.[4]
