The Rio lime tree frog, Sphaenorhynchus planicola, is a species of frog in the Hylidae family endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, swamps, pastureland, water storage areas, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss.
