St. James Foundation

The James Foundation is a non-profit organization created by Lucy Wortham James. The foundation owns and operates Maramec Spring Park, St. James Park, and the James Memorial Library.[1]

Maramec Spring Park

Maramec Spring Park is the fifth largest spring in Missouri, with over 100 million gallons flowing through it daily.It contains 1860 acres of forest and 200 acres for public use.Activities at the park include cafe, store, camping, wildlife viewing, fish feeding, picnicking, shelters, playgrounds and fishing.

James Memorial Library

The James Memorial Library located in St. James, Missouri. It has two full-time employees and lots of volunteers.[2] It additionally has been put on the National Register of Historic Places [3]
