State of Shock is D.I.'s fifth full-length studio album, which was released in 1994. The album marked their first release with original drummer John Knight since 1986's Horse Bites Dog Cries.
The album has been met with lukewarm reviews and was not as successful as their pre-Tragedy Again material.
