Stephanie Ben-Ishai

Stephanie Ben-Ishai is a lawyer and an internationally recognized expert on insolvency, corporate governance, and commercial law who teaches at Osgoode Hall Law School. She was a Fulbright fellow and has authored or co-authored numerous books on insolvency, contract law, and corporate and commercial law.

She obtained an LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.M. at Harvard Law School.[1]
