Steven Foti

Steven Foti (December 3, 1958) is a Wisconsin politician and legislator. Born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Foti was a real estate salesman and ex-bartender before serving in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1983 until 2003.[1][2] Foti was named majority leader by Assembly Republicans in 1997.[2] After leaving the Wisconsin Legislature in 2005, Foti became a lobbyist.[3] In 2006, Foti was convicted of the misuse of campaign funds.[4][5] He served a 60-day jail sentence and paid $57,935 in restitution.[5] He was also given two years of probation and ordered to perform 240 hours of community service.[2]
