Sir Stuart Anthony Lipton (born November 1942) is a British property developer, a founder of Stanhope plc, and the co-founder of the property company Chelsfield with Elliott Bernerd.[1][2]

He was born in November 1942.[3]
Career
Lipton is responsible for over 20 million sq ft of development in London, including Broadgate, Stockley Park and Chiswick Park.[4]
As of 2015, Lipton, through the property company Lipton Rogers, is developing 22 Bishopsgate, which will be the tallest skyscraper in the City of London.[4]
Personal life
He has been married to Ruth since 1966.[5] Their son Elliot Lipton runs his own property company, First Base.[6][7]
