The Sun Post is a weekly newspaper in California, owned and published by Carlon Perry and Cecelia Drake. The newspaper is published on Friday and delivered through the mail free of charge to 29K households of Manteca and Lathrop, California. The newspaper does list a subscription price, but most people continue to take the paper for free. The newspaper was launched in November 2005 and is tabloid-sized.

While the newspaper has its own staff and is independently owned, the Tracy Press is a publishing partner. Besides sharing articles, mostly relating to county news, the papers also are able to share advertising.

The Sun Post was awarded in 2005 by the California Newspaper Publishers Association second place for General Excellence in news coverage, editorial, and graphics among all large non-daily newspapers in the State of California.
