Background information
Swampblood is the third and final installment of "Southern Gothic" rock band Th' Legendary Shack Shakers' "Tentshow Trilogy", which began with 2004's Believe, and continued with 2006's Pandelirium. Believe's subject matter was that of a tent revival, and Pandelirium's was that of a circus sideshow. The tent theme surrounding Swampblood is that of a graveside funeral service.[5]
