- 2004 - CallPoint founded in Sofia by Xavier Marcenac, Philippe Ougrinov and Olga Marcenac;
- 2007 - CallPoint Romania founded in Bucharest, by Yann Bidan and Grégoire Vigroux;
- 2009 - Opening of the second site in Bulgaria, in Plovdiv;
- 2011 - EBRD becomes shareholder in CallPoint;
- 2012 - Opening of the second site in Romania, in Craiova. CallPoint joins TELUS International;
- 2013 - 1,000 employees at European level, almost 16 000 employees around the world;
- 2014 - CallPoint becomes TELUS International Europe;
- 2015 - More than 2 000 employees in Europe.
- 2016 - More than 25 000 employees globally.
