Table cream

Table cream is a dessert, similar to blancmange.

Table cream is also used to mean light cream or coffee cream, i.e. cream with 18%-30% fat.[1]

Table cream (the dessert) was popularized by English manufacturer Symington's Ltd in the ?early 20th century. It is still produced under the Symington's brand name, but no longer made by the original company.[2]
