Tairia "Mims" Flowers (born January 9, 1981 in Tucson, Arizona) is an American softball player. She is best known for competing on the Gold medal winning United States National softball team. She played college softball at UCLA, the program with the most national championships in NCAA Division I softball, having won 10 of the 24 National Championships.

Flowers currently serves as the head coach for the softball team at California State University Northridge. She was named head coach for the 2010 season.
