Taisiya Filippovna Chenchik (Russian: Таи́сия Фили́пповна Че́нчик; 30 January 1936 – 19 November 2013) was a Soviet athlete who competed mainly in the High Jump.[1] At the national level she competed for Burevestnik, training in Chelyabinsk (1956–62) and in Moscow (1963–69).
Chenchik was born in Pryluky, Ukrainian SSR. She competed for the USSR in the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan in the High Jump where she won the bronze medal. She is also the European Champion (1963) and 1963 Summer Universiade Champion.
Chenchik was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor.
