Taron is a multi-launch steel roller coaster manufactured by Intamin situated at Phantasialand in Germany.[1] It is the fastest multi-launch roller coaster in the world, whilst also the longest of its kind.[2][3] The ride also boasts the fastest LSM launch system in the world. Taron opened on 30 June 2016.

The ride is situated in the 'Klugheim; area of the theme park, alongside the also new for 2016 family boomerang roller coaster, Raik.

Ride experience

During the duration of the ride, Taron's track crosses over itself 116 times across 58 intersecting track points, more than any other launch roller coaster in the world. Its layout is intricately woven between the surrounding buildings and structures of Klugheim, through tunnels, and narrowly missing walls of faux rock faces.
