Teleperformance Albania (TP Albania) or officially Albania Marketing Service sh.p.k. (AMS) is an offshore business process outsourcing and contact center company in Albania. It is a subsidiary corporation of the Teleperformance Group.

Teleperformance Albania was founded in 2008 to provide an off-shore CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution for the Italian market. Teleperformance Albania started with an initial capacity of 100 workstations and we grew exponentially by roughly doubling that number every six months. In 2014, TP Albania operates from two main sites: one in Tirana, counting more than 516 workstations, and a second one in Durrës, 40 km away, with about 749 workstations.[2]
TP Albania mission is to provide an excellent service from outside Italy by a tough language-skill selection process, by a highly motivated team and by the systematic adoption of Teleperformance Group world-class standards and tools. Awards and recognition
- 2013 - Teleperformance Albania attended to the Annual Job Fair “work and study” organized by the Ministry of Labor, where was awarded as the “Best Performing Company”.[3]
- 2012 - Teleperformance Albania was the main sponsor of the National Job Fair, the biggest event of the year, where was awarded as the “The biggest Employer” in the country, organized by the Albanian chamber of commerce.
- 2011 - TP Albania has been awarded by the Major of Durres Municipality for its economic and cultural contribute, as well as the great social impact given to the community. The Chef Executive Officer was honored with the title “Citizen of Honor of the Town”. A young plant was planted on the main street by TP’s CEO, as a symbol of a long term cooperation between both the company and local authorities.
