Teymour Boutros-Ghali

Teymour Boutros-Ghali an investor and entrepreneur, is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Monitor Ventures.[1] He is a nephew of Boutros Boutros-Ghali and was founder and CEO of AllBusiness[2] (which was sold to NBC), Zowie Intertainment[3] (acquired by LEGO) and Thrive Online (sold to AOL). After starting his career at the Boston Consulting Group, Teymour was a senior executive with Time Warner both in operations and investments. The Monitor Ventures Portfolio includes Adaptive Planning, [the social planning site Buzzd, Greystripe, Hydropoint, Meru Networks and MediaPlatform, the webcasting software provider. He earned his BA in Electrical Engineering from Cambridge University and a Ph.D. in Physics and S.M. in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
