Other versions

There were two film versions of the original play on which the 1929 film was based: a 1925 silent version with Agnes Ayres and Warner Baxter; and the best-known version, made in 1937 and starring Irene Dunne and Cary Grant. The play was remade unsuccessfully in color as the musical Let's Do It Again (1953), starring Jane Wyman and Ray Milland.[2][3]
