The Cokeville Miracle is a 2015 film written & directed by T. C. Christensen and starring Jasen Wade, Sarah Kent and Kimball Stinger. The film was based on the Cokeville Elementary School hostage crisis in 1984.[1]
Plot synopsis
Based on an actual crisis that happened at an elementary school in Cokeville, Wyoming, former town marshal David Young and his wife Doris held 18 adults and 136 children hostage with a crudely made bomb. The hostages made it out alive, in which the kids tell authorities that the "people in white" saved them.
