Thomas C. Jefferson, OBE (April 13, 1941[1] – October 29, 2006)[2] was a Caymanian politician. He served as Leader of Government Business from 1992 to 1994.
Mr. Jefferson whose public positions included Leader of Government Business, Minister, the first Elected Member to be Leader of Government Business, ExCo Member, MLA (West Bay) and Financial Secretary of the Cayman Islands.
