Tilli Tansey OBE, FMedSci, HonFRCP is a medical historian and former neurochemist. She is Professor of the History of Modern Medical Sciences at Queen Mary, University of London.[1][2] As of 2012, she is working on a five-year research project funded by the Wellcome Trust titled The Makers of Modern Biomedicine: Testimonies and Legacy, to record oral testimonies from those who have contributed significantly to modern medical sciences.[3][4]
