Tis u Blatna (German Tiss bei Pladen) is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 14.35 square kilometres (5.54 sq mi), and has a population of 91 (as at 3 July 2006).
Tis u Blatna lies approximately 38 kilometres (24 mi) north of Plzeň and 77 km (48 mi) west of Prague.
