St. Nicholas of Tolentine High School
St. Nicholas of Tolentine High School is a former Catholic High School located in the Bronx, NY. It was located in the University Height section of the Bronx.[1] It opened in 1927 and closed in 1991.[2] It was operated by the parish of the same name St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church (Bronx). Ernie Myers,[3] Malik Sealy, now a junior at St. John's University; Brian Reese, a freshman at the University of North Carolina, and Adrian Autry, a freshman at Syracuse were students at the school.[4] The school was known for its basketball program.[5] In 1975, Tolentine was the nations highest ranked high school.[6]
