Tonya Rouse

Tonya Rouse (born 1975) is a former TV personality and a Fitness Specialist on Citytv in Toronto.

Rouse is from Barrie, Ontario and began her broadcasting career with the New VR and before moving to Citytv in Toronto.[1] She was also the host for the show Perfect Fit Thursdays @ 5:00 PM EST on CP24. Rouse left CityTV in January 2008.

Rouse is a triathlete and was World Duathlon Champion in 1996 and World Duathlon Silver Medalist in 1997.[2]

Since leaving broadcasting Rouse is a certified fitness and nutrition expert,[3] married Daniel Hillerbrand and has 3 children. She was diagnosed with cancer in early 2015.
