Toqui Formation
The Toqui Formation is a geological formation in the Patagonia region of southern Chile.
Fossils
The rock formation preserves fossils from the Early Jurassic period of the Mesozoic Era.
Fossils of Chilesaurus (149-147 MYA) were found in the Aysén Region of Patagonia. It is an extinct genus of Theropods in the family Tetanurae.[1]
