Trapezites praxedes, the southern silver ochre skipper, is a butterfly of the Hesperiidae family. It is found in Australia along the coastal plains of New South Wales, southern Queensland and Victoria.
The wingspan is about 30 mm.
The larvae feed on Lomandra confertifolia, Lomandra laxa, Lomandra longifolia, Lomandra obliqua and Lomandra spicata.
