Treaty of Poznań
The Treaty of Poznań was signed on 11 December 1806 in Poznań and ended the war between France and Saxony (Prussia’s ally) after the latter’s defeat during the War of the Fourth Coalition. Saxony had to pay 25 million francs in reparations and join the Confederation of the Rhine. Saxony became a kingdom.
