Tshering Dorji (born 10 September 1993) is a Bhutanese international footballer, currently playing for Thimphu City,[2] having previously played for Transport United[3] and Ugyen Academy.[3] He started playing football in 2004 and was inspired by his father to take up the sport.[2] He first played for Bhutan in 2011.[3]
Dorji is best known for the late goal he scored against Sri Lanka which gave Bhutan their first ever win in world cup qualification.[4]
As of March 2015, he is currently studying at the Royal Thimphu College as a first year student.[2]
