Grenoble urban unit
Urban unit of Grenoble is a French urban unit centred on the city of Grenoble.
This is the twelfth urban unit of France with 53 municipalities and 495,429 inhabitants in 2008. The average density is 967 inhabitants per square kilometre.
The urban unit largely overlaps with, but should not be confused with, the administrative entity La Metro.
