Văn Thị Thanh (born 27 August 1985) is a Vietnamese retired women's international footballer who played as a midfielder.[1][2] She was a member of the Vietnam women's national football team. She won the gold medal at the 2003 Southeast Asian Games where she scored three goals, inclucing one in the final. She won also the gold medal at the 2009 Southeast Asian Games and scored two goals during the tournament and a penalty during the shoot outs in the final. She was also part of the team at the 2004 AFF Women's Championship, 2006 Asian Games, 2008 AFC Women's Asian Cup qualification and 2010 AFC Women's Asian Cup qualification. On club level she played for Hà Nam in Vietnam.[3]
