The Kuwaiti Premier League/ VIVA Premier League is the top division of the Kuwait Football Association league pyramid system. It was created in 1961. Al-Qadisiya holds the best record in the competition, having won 17 times. The current Kuwaiti Premier League champions are Al-Qadisiya. The league is a league point system with Regelation to Kuwaiti Division One
