Scientific achievements

Vsevolod Tkachuk set of mechanisms Hypersensitivity and heterologous desensitization coupled with G protein Sensory receptor, explained the concept of change of the function Cell membrane receptors and intracellular regulatory stages in the development of a number of Cardiovascular disease, developed and implemented the practice of molecular and physiological methods of assessing tissue sensitivity to the hormone and drugs.

The first opened a new receptor Lipoprotein, named T-cadherin. This receptor is responsible for the regulation of growth Blood vessel and implementation of "hormone-" action on vascular cells and Blood through intracellular signaling system.

Under his leadership, the molecular mechanisms and physiological remodeling of blood vessels have been installed, shows the key role Urokinase in the direction of the cells, developed and put into practice genetic and cellular approaches to the regulation of growth and blood vessel function.

Among the students Vsevolod Tkachuk 8 doctors and 36 candidates of sciences.
