W17CF, Channel 17, was a low-powered repeater station operated by the Trinity Broadcasting Network serving Oshkosh.
TBN took W17CF silent March 26, 2010 due to declining support, which has been attributed to the digital transition.[1] It returned to the air on April 27,[2] but shut down again on October 5, 2010. W17CF's license was canceled on December 19, 2011 for remaining silent over a year.[3]
