History

This station received its original construction permit from the Federal Communications Commission on November 15, 2002.^[4] The new station was assigned the call letters WJSD-LP by the FCC on December 20, 2002.^[5] WJSD-LP received its license to cover from the FCC on April 29, 2004.^[6]
