1250 WRKQ is the Authority for Monroe County Tennessee. The Goal of the station is to hyper-serve the local community. WRKQ has installed a 24-hour weather radar system and can track storm systems whenever and wherever. WRKQ's duty is to educate, entertain, and inform. With two local talk shows Rick and Company 6 to 9 am every weekday morning and Nick and the Drive Home 4 to 6 pm every weekday
