Walter J. Sullivan
Walter Joseph Sullivan (March 2, 1923 – August 4, 2014) was an American politician.
Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Sullivan served in the United States Army Air Forces during World War II. Sullivan went to Cambridge Rindge and Latin School and worked for M.A. Sullivan Trucking Company. In 1951, he served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives as a Democrat. Then in 1960, Sullivan served on the Cambridge City Council. Sullivan served as Mayor of Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1968, 1974, and 1986. He died in Cambridge, Massachusetts.[1][2]
