Watkins Mill Town Center
Watkins Mill Town Center is a transit oriented development proposed in Gaithersburg, Maryland. It is located on the north side of the Metropolitan Grove MARC station, which will also be a stop along the Corridor Cities Transitway once it is built.
The Town Center covers approximately 200 acres (81 ha) and includes nearly 4,500,000 square feet (420,000 m2) of office, hotel, restaurants, retail and residential development .
