Wendy Elizabeth Cook-Hogg (born September 15, 1956), née Wendy Elizabeth Cook, is a former competition swimmer from Canada. She competed in backstroke and relay events at the 1976 Summer Olympics, winning a bronze medal in the 4 x 100 metres medley relay. She also competed in backstroke and freestyle events at the 1972 Summer Olympics.
