Werbkowice ([vɛrpkɔˈvit͡sɛ]; Ukrainian: Вербковіце, Verbkovitse) is a village in Hrubieszów County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Werbkowice. It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Hrubieszów and 101 km (63 mi) south-east of the regional capital Lublin.
