William O'Leary (actor)

William O'Leary (born October 19, 1957)[1] is an American actor.

O'Leary made his Broadway debut as "Art" in Precious Sons at the Longacre Theatre, (3/20/1986 - 5/10/1986) starring Ed Harris and Judith Ivey.[2] He played Marty Taylor, Tim Taylor's (Tim Allen) younger brother on Home Improvement. His most recent regular role was the primary antagonist, General Xaviax, on Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight.

He was born in Chicago,[1] he graduated from Highland Park High School in Highland Park, Illinois in 1976. He earned his MFA at the prestigious Professional Actors Theatre Program at the University of Washington, Seattle in 1982.
