Wufoo
Wufoo is a software company in Palo Alto, California. It was founded in 2006 by Chris Campbell, Kevin Hale and Ryan Campbell. Wufoo was acquired by SurveyMonkey, in 2011.[1] The company has a number of partnerships with real time notification technology companies including Dropbox, MailChimp and Twitter.
The software Wufoo is an online form builder that creates forms including contact forms, online payments, online surveys and event registrations.[2] It allows people without a coding background to build their own forms and surveys.[2][3]
History
Wufoo received $118,000 in funding from Y Combinator. In 2009, they added an integrated payments feature into their forms.[4] The company is partnered with payment providers including PayPal, Stripe, Braintree and others. They are also partnered with real-time notifications web apps including MailChimp, Dropbox, Campaign Monitor and others. Their 3rd party app partners include Facebook, GroSocial, Zapier and others.[5]
