Xaver Schlager (*28 September 1997 is an Austrian footballer who currently plays as Midfielder for Austrian First League club Liefering and for FC Red Bull Salzburg in the Austrian Bundesliga.^[1]

After playing for the youth team of SC St. Valentin he joined the FC Red Bull Salzburg Academy in 2011, where he played in all teams. In 2015 he was transferred to FC Liefering, the farm team of FC Red Bull Salzburg.

He played for the Austrian U16, U17 and U19 national team. With Austria U19 he played the UEFA U19 European Championship 2015.
