Yasutoshi Miura (三浦 泰年 Miura Yasutoshi, born July 15, 1965) is a former Japanese football player and manager. He played for Japan national team. He currently manages Japanese club Kataller Toyama.
Career
A defender and defensive midfielder, Miura played for Japan national team 3 times in 1993.[1] At club level, he played for Yomiuri/Verdy Kawasaki, Shimizu S-Pulse, Avispa Fukuoka and Vissel Kobe, captaining the latter three. His 10 years at Yomiuri/Verdy Kawasaki were the most prolific, playing more than over 100 league games for the club and being involved in winning the 1987 Asian Club Championship. He subsequently became a manager and has worked for Giravanz Kitakyushu, Tokyo Verdy and Chiangmai.[2]
His younger brother Kazuyoshi is also a professional football player.
