Zack Knight is a British singer, songwriter and producer (formerly known as Zeekay).[1][2]
Career
Knight was born in Grimsby, Lincolnshire to a Pakistani Punjabi mother and an Afro-Asian father. He started in the music scene with influences from Usher, Boyz II Men and Michael Jackson and credits his father as his inspiration behind pursuing a career in music. He is also related to Zain Farooq Kayani of Bolton, who invested in his music.
Knight has worked alongside artists such as Tinie Tempah, Ginuwine, Iyaz, Lil Twist and Stylo G, producing and composing songs and writing lyrics. Knight has charted with several singles on the UK based official Asian Download Chart published by the BBC.[3][4][5] Knight has performed at Wembley and O2 Arena and supported Taio Cruz, Mario and Jessie J live.[6][7]
