Zekai Aksakallı (Erzurum) is a Turkish Armed Forces Special Forces Commender. He graduated from the Turkish Military Academy. In the 2016 Turkish coup d'état attempt has suffered assassination attempts.[1] Manages the Operation Euphrates Shield operation.[2][3]
